Lasting 2 hours, including 1h30 in the water, these sessions are designed for beginners and intermediate surfers alike.
Depending on the weather conditions and your level, your instructor will suggest sessions tailored to your needs.
This formula is ideal for discovering surfing, making progress and extending to a multi-day course!
Groups are made up of a maximum of 8 people.

The BO & CO surf school offers a 2-hour introductory course to help you learn the basics of surfing in a friendly atmosphere, supervised by passionate instructors. Whether you’re a beginner or simply want to learn how to surf, this course is suitable for all levels. You’ll receive a warm welcome from the BO & CO team, who will provide you with all the equipment you need, including surfboard and wetsuit. You’ll start with a warm-up session to prepare you physically, then learn basic surfing techniques such as paddling, take-off and balancing on the board.
Once you feel comfortable, you’ll enter the water with your instructor, who will guide you step by step to catch your first waves. You’ll discover the incredible sensations of gliding across the ocean and feeling the thrill of the wave beneath your feet. This course is the perfect opportunity to get a taste of surfing and decide whether it’s something you’d like to pursue.
