Depending on the weather conditions and your level, your instructor will suggest sessions tailored to your needs.
This formula is ideal for discovering surfing, making progress and extending to a multi-day course!
Groups are made up of a maximum of 8 people.

The BO & CO surf school offers a 2-hour introductory course in which you can learn the basics of surfing in a friendly atmosphere, supervised by passionate instructors. You’ll be warmly welcomed by the BO & CO team, who will provide you with all the equipment you need, including surfboard and wetsuit. You’ll start with a warm-up session to prepare you physically, then learn basic surfing techniques such as paddling, take-off and board balance.
Once you feel comfortable, you’ll enter the water with your instructor, who will guide you step by step to catch your first waves. You’ll discover the incredible sensations of gliding over the ocean and feeling the thrill of the waves beneath your feet. This course is the perfect opportunity to get a taste of surfing and decide whether it’s an activity you’d like to pursue.
