These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made on the website www.bocosurf.com and govern the relationship between BO & CO and the buyer.

Any regulations deviating from these conditions, as well as oral or telephone agreements, must be expressly accepted in writing in order to be valid.

Article 1 – Purpose

These conditions govern the sale by BO & CO of surf lessons, yoga lessons and gift vouchers.

Article 2 – Prices

Prices are quoted in euros and include all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of order). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. . All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros. Products and services remain the property of BO & CO until full payment has been received.

Article 3 – Orders

You can order via our contact form available on our website: www.bocosurf.com or by email to bocosurf@gmail.com. Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest when your order is validated. BO & CO reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, particularly in the event of weather-related difficulties.

Article 4 – Validation of your order

All reservations made on the website www.bocosurf.com or via email implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Any confirmation of an order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, without exception or reservation. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will be considered as proof of the transaction. You declare that you are fully aware of them. Confirmation of the order by e-mail will be considered as signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

Article 5 – Payment

The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the indicated price. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, cash or credit card on site. The card is debited at the time of payment.

Article 6 – Registration conditions

Participants in activities organized by BO & CO certify that they know how to swim, that they have no medical contraindications to surfing, and that they have read the general conditions of sale and regulations. Registration for activities organized by BO & CO implies acceptance of these rules and regulations.

Article 7 – Booking and payment

All online registrations must be accompanied by payment (cheque, bank transfer) made payable to BO & CO equal to the total amount of the service or a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The reservation is effective upon receipt of payment. BO & CO reserves the right, in the event of circumstances beyond its control (bad weather, lack of waves, etc.), to modify its courses (replacement by alternative activities), to postpone or cancel them, without participants being entitled to claim any compensation. All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance or the lesson will be forfeited. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be reimbursed only on presentation of a medical certificate.

Article 8 – Liability and insurance

Trainees will be taken in charge by the structure and therefore under its responsibility when their name is called. They remain under the structure’s responsibility until their wetsuits are packed away. The structure’s civil liability insurance (taken out with MMA) for its trainees ceases outside these hours, within the time limits described above. Parents or guardians of trainees must make sure that the planned service is actually taking place before entrusting them to the center. Participants confirm that they are aware of the school’s civil liability insurance cover, and that they have been informed of the benefits of taking out additional insurance cover in the event of bodily injury during activities organized by BO & CO (law of 1984 modified).
Participants are responsible for the equipment entrusted to them (boards, wetsuits, etc.) during lesson time, particularly in the event of loss, theft or damage. BO & CO declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or deterioration of objects entrusted to it.

Article 9 – Image rights

By registering for the services organized by the structure, you authorize the latter to use the photos and/or films of your image taken during your course, for the production of any publicity document, without financial compensation.
